We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Receptionist as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 5-chair practice. The Opportunity: We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Belmont, NSW practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking permanent part-time work: • Modern dental practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments • No weekend work ever, regain work life balance • Convenient location with free onsite parking & a bus stop close by! • Friendly, fun and dedicated team • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice • Making patients aware of dental services and offers • Handling payments • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You'll be: • Available to work part-time, Monday to Thursday – no weekends ever! • Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training provided • You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Passionate about customer service and patient care • Organised with attention to detail • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
